Q: What should I avoid after Botox?

A: For the first 4–6 hours:

    •    No lying down

    •    No rubbing or massaging the treated area

    •    No heavy exercise or heat exposure (e.g., sauna, tanning, hot yoga)

 

Q: When will I see results?

A: You’ll begin to see results within 3–5 days, with full effects in 10–14 days.

 

Q: How long does Botox last?

Q: How do I prepare for filler injections?

A: Similar to Botox:

    •    Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and salty foods for 24–48 hours

    •    Stay well-hydrated

    •    You may take Arnica or Bromelain supplements a few days prior to minimize bruising (check with your provider first)

 

Q: Will I feel pain during the procedure?

A: A topical numbing agent is applied, and most fillers contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort.

 

Post-Treatment FAQs

 

Q: What can I expect after filler?

A: Swelling and bruising are common and may last 3–5 days. Some tenderness is normal.

 

Q: What should I avoid after filler?

A: For 24–48 hours:

    •    Avoid touching or massaging the area

    •    Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, heat, or sleeping face-down

    •    Don’t book any facial treatments or dental work for 2 weeks
